Organic Castor Oil Packs
 
​Castor oil has a history of usage in nearly every culture of the ancient world- India, China, Persia, Egypt, Africa. Greece, Rome, the Americas and in 17th Century Europe.  Castor oil's traditional applications are varied including for skin, hair and nail care.

Nature's Shield offers two castor oil packs finely crafted from GOTS certified organic cotton.
 
Waist packs:
These are used for skin care, over the liver, gallbladder and uterine area.  The waist pack may also be used on the chest and over the breasts.

Neck Packs:
Neck packs are used for various applications around the neck muscles.  The neck pack may also be adapted for use on other joints such as the wrist, hand, elbow, knee, ankle and foot.

Precautions:
Do a spot test and wait 24 hours to check the result. It is advised not to do castor oil packs during pregnancy or the menstrual period.
